Laborer/ Apprentice

This is a very physical position and will require lifting up to 150lbs. You will also need a general knowledge of construction and have serious attention to detail. A clean driver's license, transportation to work, and a willingness to work hard.

Must be punctual and reliable.

Self-starter.

Take initiative and think ahead of the crew to keep the job site clean and safe for operation.

Team player and very respectful of others.

Hours are M-F 7:30-4 (typically) and we offer a full benefits package. This is a payroll position, with pay every Friday.

Pay & Benefits: $20-22 starting with the opportunity to grow. We offer Dental, Vision and Health Ins after 60 days for all Full-time Employees. We also offer 3% match on retirement plan after 1 year of employment.

lead glazier

We are currently recruiting skilled Glaziers with a Minimum of 5 Years of Lead Glazier experience to relocate to Maui, Hawaii, and join our growing team.

Applicants must have the following:

  • Experience cutting and fabricating flat glass of all kinds (includes polishing and finishing)

  • Experience glazing residential & commercial windows & sliding glass doors.

  • Experience with demo & installation of sliding glass doors, i.e.: bi-parting, lift and slide, multi-slide, bi-fold, pocket, and pivot doors.

  • Experience with JUMBO glass handling.

  • Experience with custom shower door installation, framed and frame-less (heavy glass, bypass, door and inline panel, steam room showers, etc.)

  • Experience installing glass hand railings

  • Experience leading and managing an efficient crew on various install applications.

  • Must be a self-starter, hard worker, professional, clean-cut & possess great organization & communication skills.

  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

  • Must have a fully loaded set of tools for this trade.

  • Must have at least three solid references from previous employers.

  • Must have the ability to maintain client relations

Relocation Costs: Willing to discuss compensation for relocation.
